August 21, 2024 - PAQ, Inc., dba Food 4 Less and Ranch San Miguel Markets appointed a new CEO for the company earlier this month.
Mike Molinar, the company's current president, was asked to take on the additional position of CEO, succeeding Bill Cote, who also retired from the company at that same time. Prior to taking on the role of President in July 2022, Mike worked for the company as its CFO from 2020 to 2022.
Mike Molinar stated, “I am honored to serve as the President & CEO of PAQ, Inc. This company has a very successful history, and I intend to continue that legacy of success as we grow our brands and continue fulfilling our mission of bringing affordable foods to the communities we serve. Affordable food has never been more important than it is today and our sales growth we are experiencing clearly proves our customers agree and appreciate the value and quality we provide”.
He is also a licensed CPA and has spent numerous years in senior level financial roles for other retail organizations. He brings many years of operational experience in the retail grocery industry.
Bill Cote retires from PAQ, Inc. after a 13-year career with the company but remains on the Board of Directors as Chairman.
