The company noted that all of these program offerings can be customized and presented individually or packaged to fit team needs. The personalization of the program also extends to teams that are working in-office, online or taking a hybrid approach.

Popular topics offered include “7 Tips to a Healthier You,” “Eating Healthy on a Budget,” “Mood-Boosting Foods,” “Plant-Based Eating” and “Immune-Boosting Foods,” according to the program playbook.
The playbook includes sample itineraries of activities part of the program packages. A package could include one 30-minute lunch and learn, a healthy living activity and one virtual cook-along activity and/or demonstration.
“[O]ur programming addresses all aspects of healthy living — not just nutrition,” Lisa Coleman, Giant’s director of healthy living, said in a statement.
